Cory Harrell

Cory Harrell is a native of Dothan, Alabama. She attended Samford University, in Birmingham, Alabama where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Minor in Criminal Justice in 1996. She began her legal career at the law firms in Birmingham working in insurance defense, medical malpractice, and construction law before moving to New Orleans in 1998.

Upon moving to New Orleans, Cory worked with several law firms handling all phases of a case from conception to trial. In October 2021, Cory joined the brilliant attorneys and paralegals at the Voorhies Law Firm. She is happy to be working with the amazing Voorhies team to provide personal attention to all our clients through all aspects of their case.

Cory lives in Metairie with her two daughters, Abigail and Anna Frances.
